Vidya Plus (the App) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you create an account, we store the username and display name you provide, along with your quiz progress, scores, streaks, and language preference. We do not collect or store your precise location, contacts, or photos.
We use Base44 authentication to manage your session. If you sign in with a third-party provider (e.g. Google), we receive only the email and basic profile details the provider shares with us — never your password.
Your data is used to personalize your quiz experience, track your progress and rankings on the leaderboard, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Premium membership payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers — Stripe handles all payment information. We only record whether a payment was successful to unlock your premium features.
Your data is stored securely on Base44's hosted infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can reset your progress or permanently delete your account at any time from the Settings screen, which removes your data from our systems.
The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, use the account controls in Settings or contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
